After his career in Etibank, Cafer Fındıkoğlu has taken part in the academic staff of Gazi University and worked as the General Coordinator and later on, as the Chief Executive Officer (“CEO”) within the body of Turkish Armed Forces Assistance and Pension Fund (“OYAK”) Ordu Pazarları. Afterwards, again within the body of OYAK, he has worked as the CEO responsible for Investments and Associates. During his 11 years career, in addition to the management of 26 associates in total, Cafer Fındıkoğlu has taken on the responsibility of activities such as all new investments, mergers and acquisitions, sale of shares and share purchase from privatization. He has been appointed as the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of important companies in Turkey (Oyak Bank, Axa-Oyak Sigorta, Tukaş Konserve, Adana Çimento, Bolu Çimento, Elazığ Çimento, Oyak-Anker Bank, Halk Finansal Kiralama and etc.). Cafer Fındıkoğlu has continued his career as CEO in Eti Pazarlama and afterwards, worked as the General Manager in Ülker Gıda ve İdeal Gıda companies and lastly, has been appointed as the Member of the Board of Directors of Gözde Girişim and Polinas Ambalaj companies. As of 2014, he continues his works in TRANGELS Angel Investment Network as a partner.
