Levent Berber has worked as legal counsel in Ottoman Bank and Ottoman Real Estate Investment Fund and afterwards, as the Partner/Head of Legal Department of KPMG Turkey. During his 30 years career, he has provided consultancy services to numerous foreign companies and public institutions and organizations and ministries. The total financial value of the projects requiring specialization in different areas has exceeded 30 Billion American Dollars. Levent Berber is also a partner of TRANGELS Angel Investment Network (https://www.trangels.com) consisting of managers and entrepreneurs with specialization in different sectors and continues his works in the relevant area. The areas of specialization of Levent Berber are Defense Industry Law, Tax Law, Mergers & Acquisitions, Company and Commercial Law and Information Technologies Law and he has also participated in certain significant legislation preparation works. Within this framework, Levent Berber has taken active duty in the preparation of the Commercial Law Secondary Regulations, Banking Law and Saving Deposit Insurance Fund Commercial and Economic Integrity Regulation and Law No. 5651 on Regulation of Internet Broadcasts and Prevention of Crimes Committed through Such Broadcasts.
